The master´s thesis on the theme "Stress evaluation, coping and reduction" focuses on the analysis of stress load on students, future managers, entrepreneurs and other professionals. The work explains what stress is, which are the causes of its emergence, how increased stress load can influence us and how to manage stress. In the practical part I will compare the scale of stress load between different groups of students and on the basis of this analysis I will specify the most frequent factors that stress students the most. In conclusion, I will formulate specific recommendations, how stress can be reduced.

The bachelor thesis will deal with stress in the profession of pedagogical staff at secondary vocational school. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is to define the pedagogical worker and the content of his work with an emphasis on stress, stress and stress situations, symptoms of stress state and stressors for this profession. There are also ways to prevent stress situations and how to deal with them healthily. The impact of the stress on the health and psychological state of the educators, which can grow in the burnout syndrome and the subsequent recovery of burnout, will be described. The aim of the practical part of the bachelor thesis is to describe what stressors are present in pedagogical profession, emphasis will be placed on the situations in which these stressors most feel. Another goal will be to find ways to prevent stress and to map out factors that suppress or alleviate stress. The questionnaire will be used. Data from the questionnaire will be analyzed using descriptive statistics. Respondents are teachers from secondary vocational schools.

The bachelor thesis is aimed at the occurrence of the burnout of the vocational high school pedagogues. Author is dealing with the problematic of the stress in general, it is principles, sources, and causes with respect to the profession of the pedagogue. In the individual chapters is explained by the author the origin of the stress. Furthermore is described the course of the stress reaction and the conse-quent impacts of the long – term stress on the human body. As the result of the long – term influence for the stress on the human body is regarded the burnout syndrome, which the main target of this thesis. Main issues are dealing with the development of the burnout, prevention and copping strate-gies preventing burnout development by the stress. Within this problematic author presented categories of the burnout syndrome of pedagogues. In the final part of the theoretical thesis author focuses on the profile of the pedagogue. The degree of burnout syndrome is determined in the practical part of the theses on the basis of the pedagogue’s experiences on the selected vocational high school. Author on the basis of the theoretical part of the thesis made the standardised MBI – Maslach Burnout Inventory, which is directly intended for this problematic. Further author added a question to the survey, that she developed by herself with respect to the goals of the bachelor thesis.
The Psychosomatics and it's educational and socially pedagogical aspects

The theme of this diploma thesis is psychosomatics and its educational and socially pedagogical aspects. The main goal is to characterize this theme and describe its aspects in the educational process. General framework for understanding the term psychosomatics in this diploma thesis is a holistic way how to act as a teacher to the students, remembering his physical and psychical part and not forgetting the psychosomatic troubles. In the description part there are terms, history of the psychosomatics thinking, examples of psychosomatics troubles, the influence of the family, stress in the educational process. The practical part contains of research, which had as a main goal characterize, which of the psychosomatic troubles are according to the teachers from Gymnázium Jiřího Ortena in Kutná Hora the most common according to their pedagogical experience. Master's thesis deals with the stress applied to the employee in a work process in the company ABC, Ltd. It focuses on the factors that cause stress. It examines its manifestations and effects on health and work performance of employees. The theoretical part includes an overview of this issue. The practical part is analytical, processing questionnaires students - future employees and current employees. Visions of students at secondary and university level of stress that occurs in the process, are compared to the fact how stress manifests itself directly to employees in working conditions. The conclusion presents proposals to reduce or eliminate stress and increase resilience against him.

The Employment Influence on the Individal Personality, Family and the Other Interaction Relations

Work as a whole deals about the influence of employement on the personality, on the family and other interactive relations. The theoretical part is concerned with looking at personality in terms of psychological and sociological. Sociological view is specified in gender aspects, individual roles and the issue of independence of both sexes with regard to the blending of these elements. For other I deal with the problem of compatibility of professional and family roles and discordant phenomena that relate to this issue. The final chapter of the theoretical instruction is intended to instructions on how to eliminate or manage to harmonize discordant phenomena and situations, that occurs in various roles, and accompanying efforts to reconcile professional and family roles. The practical part analysis of the individual professions, concrete public administration, administrative, medical, educational and working career. It also detects the degree of influence on the profession or occupation of the individual personality, of the family and other interactive relations and measures to support employers to manage merging of professional and family roles.
